New Stallion for Lougherne ~ LOUGHERNE CASHELL

We are delighted to announce our new stallion that will be standing at Stud this season. He is a son of International superstar Casall out of Con Air (by Contender) dam line. His official name is Lougherne Cashell, 3 years of age & born & bred in Holstein. We found him last year & he has been with our International Rider Thorsten Wittenburg & is riding well. He travels to Ireland in March to spend the summer at Stud before going back to Thorsten to start his competition career. We will be aiming him for the German Championships. And like his illustrious stable mates of Lougherne Cavann & Lougherne Connaught, he will be riding in Holstein under the Lougherne Stud name.

This is a chance for our Breeders to use the genetics of current top level competition horses. We followed this plan with Cavann & Connaught as 3 year olds & it certainly paid off with their stock now comming out under saddle onto the local & UK jumping scene.
